Walk-ins are welcome too, but an appointment means a stylist can have dresses in your size ready when you arrive. Saved some favorites online? Paste them into the Notes box and we'll pull them for you.

Do I need an appointment?
No, walk-ins are welcome. Appointments are recommended so a stylist can prepare styles in your size before you arrive.
How long is an appointment?
Each shopper has one hour in the fitting room with a stylist.
Can I bring guests?
Yes. Each shopper can bring up to two guests. Every shopper needs their own appointment.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
A credit card holds your appointment. Cancellations or reschedules with less than 24 hours' notice, and no-shows, are charged a $35 fee.
